Maruthupandiyar College is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and student-friendly environment. To ensure this, the institution has established a Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) to address student concerns promptly and fairly.
Students can raise grievances related to academics, health services, library facilities, and other institutional services. They may approach the Cell directly or submit their concerns through the suggestion/complaint box located at the Administrative Block. All grievances are handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and timely action.

Scope
The Grievance Redressal Cell addresses issues related to:
- Academic Matters: Marksheets, certificates, examinations, etc.
- Financial Matters: Fees, transport, hostel-related concerns.
- General Matters: Sanitation, food quality, transport, or any misconduct
Functions of the Cell
- Receive and review grievances submitted in writing .
- Ensure prompt and fair resolution following UGC norms and regulations.
- Maintain records and submit reports to higher authorities.
- Conduct periodic reviews and surveys to identify student concerns.
- Take proactive measures to improve institutional services.
