Mrs. L. Mathu Krithigha, IQAC Coordinator and Academic Dean of Maruthupandiyar College, plays a vital role in strengthening the institution’s academic excellence and quality assurance practices. With more than two decades of experience in higher education, academic administration, student development, and curriculum planning, she has consistently contributed towards enhancing the standards of teaching, learning, and institutional performance.

As the head of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Mrs. Mathu Krithigha actively promotes a culture of continuous improvement across the college. Her leadership focuses on implementing quality benchmarks, encouraging innovative teaching methodologies, strengthening outcome-based education, and ensuring effective academic monitoring systems. She has been instrumental in coordinating faculty development initiatives, student support services, placement activities, and institutional documentation aligned with accreditation requirements.
